Taylor, TX Job Objectives This position supports overall project management by working closely with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams. It assists the project control team in managing budgets and schedules, tracking performance across disciplines, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role handles client and HQ documents, particularly those related to the Chips Act. Translating information between Korean and English, both verbally and in writing, for meetings or document proofreading. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Overall support for sub-orders (RFP package writing, bidding, subcontractor selection, clarifications, contracts, managing change orders, settlements). Attend project meetings with translation/interpretation support or follow-up on business matters, change order management, contract changes, etc. Record meeting minutes (MOM) and agendas, daily activity logs, and other documentation as needed. Manage Chips Act related tasks, including subcontractor and vendor compliance, wage-related reporting to clients/government offices, monitoring LCPtracker, apprenticeship progress, interviews, and related documentation. Prepare, write, distribute, and manage official correspondence with related departments. Research project-related information (news monitoring, information on contractors, etc.). Coordinate meetings, communicate with external companies, and manage official documents and business contacts. Document control (organization, translation, report writing for Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports, system uploads, database work). Project budget management (outlook, budget balance/change management, sales/budget performance monitoring). Utilize SAP (ERP) and internal systems (organization management updates, budget management system updates). Weekly/Monthly schedule reporting; subcontractor schedule review and EOT analysis; interface with client, state/local authorities, and other contractors on site. Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Company. Qualifications/Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship. At least 1 year of experience in any office/site environment (engineering degree preferred but not mandatory; experience in a Korean company or as an interpreter in construction preferred). Strong multitasking and deadline-completion ability. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Demonstrated compliance with procedures and guidelines. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, multicultural environment. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups. Interest and/or knowledge of plant industry terminology and context for interpretation/communication. Proactive ownership with risk-management mindset. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), PDF programs. Familiar with Trimble and related project tools. BA/BS degree in a related field. Experience in high-tech (semiconductor) product projects, steel structure installations, and projects over $50M USD. Experience in industrial and factory projects, overseas/domestic EPC project experience, and international/multi-cultural experience is a plus. Experience with Trimble, Procore, Primavera P6, SAP; ability to set up P6 planning and high data control for scheduling; Power BI experience is a plus. Experience working with RFPs and construction contracts.
