You’ll actively seek properties that match your clients’ criteria, schedule viewings, provide market analysis, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms. Advise clients on property preparation, staging, and improvements. Manage all required documentation, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions. Utilize real estate software and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions. Compensation
