Position: Inventory Coordinator Clerk
Shift: 1st shift Monday - Friday / 7am to 3:00pm
Pay: $20.50 per hour
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
3+ years of minimum inventory experience, including lot numbers, SKUs, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS.

Role Purpose Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.
Key Accountabilities
Reconcile and enter data into the customer’s system of record and the WM System.
Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
Monitor key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to the customer.
Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate between customer support, suppliers, and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
Investigate any shrinkage of inventory and advise the departmental manager.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1‑3 years of warehousing experience, preferably with barcode system.
Experience with cycle count and inventory control.
Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex.
Working knowledge of SAP inventory.
