Join the EY Life Sciences Consulting Services team to help clients accelerate patient impact through strategic innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance across the R&D value chain.
The Opportunity This senior role focuses on supporting and leading client engagements, building solutions, and innovating the market. You will provide client services in strategic planning, business transformation, operating model optimization, clinical trial acceleration, complex data analytics, research compliance, regulatory affairs, and technology implementation.

Support consulting engagement teams and deliver professional services to life sciences and health clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, health, or a related field.
3‑4 years of relevant experience in management consulting in life sciences/health or direct industry experience in an R&D setting.
Knowledge of key R&D functions: preclinical research, clinical trial execution, regulatory affairs, quality or safety.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using structured consulting methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication, synthesizing complex issues into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Executive presence and professionalism in client‑facing settings, engaging senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as required by projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in life sciences, business, public health, or related discipline.
Prior R&D/clinical trials/clinical development consulting experience.
Experience supporting R&D transformations, operating model design, or process optimization initiatives.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GxP, ICH, FDA) and compliance requirements in R&D environments.
Exposure to tools and platforms common in R&D and clinical development (CTMS, etc.).
