Job Description This role is responsible for technical support over multiple human resources functions. The role is vital for data integrity and for special assignments or projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required, or an associate’s degree plus equivalent HR experience is acceptable.
Experience using the MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Access or database skills are preferred and should include ad hoc report creation and exporting into Excel. Excel skills should include the ability to manipulate data, sort, merge data, and export results into other MS applications as needed.
Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
Prior experience with an HRIS database or applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
Experience working in a professional office setting with administrative or business experience preferred.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Working knowledge and proficiency in gathering, compiling, inputting, and organizing data and information.
Communication And Other Skills
Careful attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Honest, ethical, reliable, responsible, and dependable work and timely fulfillment of obligations.
Ability to work well with others in a group/team environment.
