This role is a prime opportunity for a motivated individual who excels at sales and relationship building. While the primary focus is on production and client management, this position also includes providing vital customer service assistance to support our existing agency agents, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Responsibilities
Drive Sales:
Sell, market, and service insurance policies, with a primary focus on Property & Casualty products.
Client Management:
Provide outstanding, ongoing customer service to your own client base (policy changes, claims inquiries, etc.).
Agency Support:
Act as a support resource for other agents by assisting with in‑house customer service tasks on an as‑needed basis.
Identify new marketing opportunities and strategies to reach untapped markets
Participate in carrier product trainings to stay sharp and informed
Refer clients to partners when appropriate to maximize value and earn referral compensation
Requirements
Be
NC resident‑licensed in Property & Casualty insurance
Have prior sales or customer‑facing work experience
Hold a High School diploma/GED or higher
Demonstrate strong self‑motivation, professionalism, and a results‑driven attitude
Excel in communication (both verbal and written), multitasking, and problem solving
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office.
Note:
Candidate must be based in the Raleigh, NC area.
Preferred (but not required!) Job Type: Full‑time, Commission
