Technical Recruiter
to join our team, specializing in sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent within the
aerospace and defense
industries. This role is focused on proactive outreach, relationship building, and identifying hard‑to‑find technical professionals across disciplines such as design, manufacturing, avionics, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume
cold calling
and proactive outreach to identify and engage qualified engineering candidates.
Source, screen, and qualify professionals with skill sets in
mechanical, electrical, avionics, manufacturing, and quality engineering .
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings within the aerospace industry.
Partner with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and match the right talent to each role.
Utilize recruiting tools, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing methods to attract top candidates.
Manage candidates through the full recruiting cycle – from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM system.
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within
aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing .
Strong sourcing skills, including experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and cold outreach.
Comfortable with
high call volumes
and a target‑driven recruiting environment.
Excellent communication, follow‑up, and relationship‑building skills.
Understanding of technical roles such as engineers, technicians, and specialists in aerospace environments.
Preferred
Experience recruiting within an agency
