Overview We are looking for a dedicated HR Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves handling various HR duties, sourcing tasks, and data entry responsibilities. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring their data is accurately entered and maintained.

Responsibilities

Manage new hire onboarding processes, including data entry.

Ensure accuracy of licensing and personal information for new employees.

Perform HR and sourcing duties effectively.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data analysis.

Strong understanding of human resources processes.

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with UKG Onboarding system for at least 1 year is preferred.

Ability to work at least 15 hours per week, with 20 hours being ideal.

Work Environment Our work environment offers a flexible schedule with a preferred Tuesday to Thursday workweek. You can choose a start time between 6 AM and 7 AM, working until 12 PM or 1 PM.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
