Job Overview The

Customer Experience Admin

serves as the first point of contact and trusted liaison for Window Nation's customers, past and present. You will connect directly with homeowners to ensure their questions and concerns are resolved quickly and professionally. In partnership with our Customer Excellence Team, you will help deliver smooth, timely, and positive experiences at every touchpoint. This role requires someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service and communication.

Location: Fulton, MD (office). Candidates from surrounding areas such as Maple Lawn, Columbia, Scaggsville, Laurel, Clarksville, Silver Spring, College Park, Baltimore, Glen Burnie, Bowie, Odenton, Crofton, and other nearby locations are encouraged to apply.

Core Role Responsibilities

Handle post‑installation customer communications, triaging inbound phone calls, chat, and emails to drive a one‑call resolution environment.

Review and action email correspondence to ensure all communication from customers is addressed swiftly, supporting both the customer and the company.

Liaise between Window Nation's post‑installation customers and support teams.

Enter data and upload documents accurately into systems related to customer interactions to ensure all details are properly documented and customer needs are resolved.

Operate with empathy and courtesy toward consumers and colleagues in all interactions to serve the goals of the organization and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

1+ year of customer service experience, including call centers, customer care, or help desks.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a CRM system or other customer tracking software.

Experience working with Microsoft Suite products.

Ability to organize multiple activities with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated success in a deadline‑driven environment.

Customer‑centric mindset.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and understanding, deescalating when needed.
