About The Job This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Sales Manager located in Chattanooga, TN. The Community Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process within the community, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, and generating leads. The role entails daily interactions with potential homebuyers, guiding them through the home buying process, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales to meet company goals.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Experience in Lead Generation and Sales

Strong Communication skills

Ability to work independently and on-site in Chattanooga, TN

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Experience in the real estate or homebuilding industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Active Real Estate License
