Intelligent Automation Lead – Job Description
Lead the current engagement as a lead to serve business requirements in People & Finance functions.
Lead the current engagement as a lead to serve business requirements in Enterprise Automation & IT Transformation space. This role is responsible for defining and executing a modern automation strategy, specifically leveraging Agentic AI and Generative AI to build sophisticated, autonomous workflows that drive significant business value while automation/RPA tools revolve around the entire solution and framework. This role needs a proven track record of delivering large-scale UiPath automations, and achieving substantial cost savings through intelligent automation in People & Finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale automations on budget and on time. Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to successful deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Achieve Financial Targets: Be accountable for delivering substantial cost savings through automation initiatives. Identify tangible and non-tangible benefits.
Technical and Solution Architecture
Intelligent Automation Design: Conduct automation assessments, design, and implement solutions using Gen AI and RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate various solution options for automation, recommend the best solutions, and present Proofs of Concept (POCs).
Client and Stakeholder Management
Executive Relationship Management: Manage client escalations, maintain executive connections, and lead monthly/quarterly governance meetings.
Communication & Coordination Lead effective communication and coordination across business and IT teams to ensure successful Automation and AI delivery. Act as the primary liaison between the teams, if needed between onsite and offshore teams.
