Agile Scrum Master (Contract)
Location:
Jersey City, NJ – 3 days onsite per week.
Duration:
12+ months.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables across multiple teams.
Communicate work objectives, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
Provide end‑to‑end visibility into the health of deliverables.
Facilitate kick‑offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
Coordinate dependencies and removal of impediments for all teams.
Promote communication and collaboration across organizations.
Gather and disseminate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
Manage enterprise change‑management standards and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Agile/Scrum Master experience.
5+ years of end‑to‑end project/release management.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team.
Self‑driven with minimal supervision.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
Strong project financial management skills.
Experience guiding projects through all phases and ensuring required standards.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Benefits & Pay Pay Range:
$74 – $78 per hour.
