About the Role
We're looking for a
Production Designer
who thrives at the intersection of imagination and execution—someone who can take big ideas and turn them into unforgettable visual experiences.
In this role, you’ll help bring immersive environments and branded activations to life, from concept to completion. One day you might be sketching and storyboarding ideas; the next, building pitch decks or refining previsualizations. You'll balance creative artistry with real-world practicality, ensuring that every concept not only looks great but works in the physical world.
You’ll be a vital member of our creative team, collaborating across disciplines to shape engaging, story-driven designs that connect people to purpose.
What You’ll Do
Design immersive environments, scenic elements, and branded experiences in collaboration with creative, fabrication, and production teams.
Develop 3D room shells, experiential activations, and visual narratives that blend physical design with digital media.
Translate ideas into compelling visuals—from quick concept sketches to detailed, presentation-ready deliverables.
Maintain a cohesive visual style across projects while aligning with brand and client goals.
Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to proposals with thoughtful layouts, visuals, and copy that support creative storytelling.
Participate in creative workshops and brainstorming sessions to spark new ideas.
Ensure designs are both inspired and feasible—pushing creative boundaries without losing sight of production realities.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience
in production design, scenic design, or environmental/experiential design.
A
strong, diverse portfolio
that demonstrates creativity, storytelling, and execution across a range of design styles and environments.
Proficiency in
Cinema 4D with Redshift Renderer ,
Vectorworks , and the
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to see the big picture and communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, renderings, and presentations.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills—you can interpret vision, take feedback, and work cross-functionally.
Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing shifting priorities across multiple projects.
A solid understanding of how scenic design integrates with other technical elements like lighting, media, and audio.
Leadership qualities that bring out the best in teams—from creatives to technical directors.
Strong writing skills to clearly articulate design intent and thought processes to clients and collaborators.
