The Customer Care Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for making sense of data and translating raw information into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to key stakeholders. This role supports the Customer Care team through the creation of dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reports, and collaborates with internal partners to ensure seamless data flow and accurate insights. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset are key. Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze Customer Care data and trends, escalating key insights or anomalies to Customer Care leadership and relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and business review materials that provide clarity into brand performance and customer sentiment. Create and manage ad hoc reports to support leadership and cross-functional needs, utilizing data visualization tools to design clear, impactful internal reporting. Ensure data integrity within the CRM platform by maintaining categorization accuracy, product list updates, and identifying duplicate concerns. Partner with IT and data teams to establish and maintain data integrations between platforms. Propose and implement improvements to existing reporting structures and visualization approaches. Qualifications / What we expect from you
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; B.A. in Business, Communications, Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as PowerBI or similar, and experience working with CRM platforms. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data integrity or accuracy. Excellent written communication skills to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Pay, Benefits, and Notices
The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance. Our square burgers make us different and so do our benefits!
