Responsibilities

Design and ship user flows and experiences across various product areas, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Own and improve the experiences you design through metrics, qualitative user research, and testing.

Conduct generative and evaluative research to deeply understand clients, lawyers, and internal teams.

Collaborate with designers and engineers to create scalable systems as the team grows.

Seek and provide feedback from stakeholders and designers to foster open communication and high‑quality design work.

Apply a systems mindset, driving towards scalable north‑star experiences.

Balance product vision with practical implementation—moving fast without compromising quality.

Elevate design craft across the organization through visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.

Qualifications

3+ years of product design experience as an in‑house designer.

Portfolio of high‑quality work that demonstrates elegant, visually engaging solutions to complex problems.

Proficiency from high‑level flows to detailed interactions.

Structured, intentional approach using frameworks, research, and principles to articulate design decisions.

Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers in a fast‑paced environment.

Deep commitment to understanding business and customer needs.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Strong visual design skills and/or background in illustration, branding, typography, motion, and animation.

Bonus

Early‑stage startup experience: complex consumer business, two‑sided marketplace, and/or B2B product.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $160,000–$165,000
