This role provides hands-on support for water mitigation and restoration projects, assisting with water extraction, mold remediation, debris removal, and equipment operation under supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

Follow instructions and direction from the team lead or supervisor.

Perform water extraction and drying tasks using specialized restoration equipment.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance.

Understand and follow safety data sheet (SDS) protocols for all chemicals used.

Set up containment systems using HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, and appropriate materials.

Assist in cleaning and disinfecting affected areas, removing debris, and protecting customer belongings.

Operate extraction and drying systems such as Injectidry, Directed-In, and Octi-Dry under supervision.

Accurately document time worked, materials used, and project progress.

Travel as needed for after-hours, weekend, or emergency response work.

Participate in safety and operational training as required.

Qualifications

Experience in water pumping and extraction.

Knowledge of mold remediation practices.

Must hold an IICRC for WRT.

Ability to move, clean, and reset contents and materials.

Experience with setting up drying equipment and containment barriers.

Familiarity with antimicrobial and cleaning solutions.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Ability to maintain and inspect vehicles and equipment.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel as needed.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay : $23 -$25/hr based on experience and certifications.
