Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for adherence to standard work, productivity, and quality leaving the Department.
Internal candidates only!!!
Candidate must be flexible to work any shift. These shifts rotate 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).
Good judgment and ability to communicate with all areas of your assigned department and engineering.
Must possess a good comprehension of quality requirements for your department.
Positive interaction skills when providing feedback to peers.
Comply with all site required policies and procedures, including but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook.
Must desire to advance into a supervisor or lead position.
Must be flexible to work any shift.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuously review patterns and molds as they are being worked in order to ensure quality specifications are met.
Conduct necessary trapline audit, if needed.
Cell Support is responsible for safety, productivity and quality for their assigned shift.
Provide feedback to Supervisors, Managers, and Engineers regarding problems, decisions and production requirements.
Manage your assigned shifts rework truck.
If needed, help production operators hit their goal.
Assist Supervisor with daily reports.
Assist Supervisor in maintaining departmental morale and efficiency.
Performs other duties as required.
Complies with all EHS rules required to the work environment.
Utilize help chain when needed. (Human Performance and BOLO)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED:
1. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Stair climbing.
Reaching near, far and overhead.
Pushing pulling, twisting and handling.
Be able to lift from floor-to-waist, waist-to-chest and chest-to-overhead
Be able to finger press, use a keyboard, mouse and tolerate hand/arm vibration
Gripping and Pinching
Carry items with two hands.
Carry items with one hand.
Work requires moderate physical effort including prolonged standing.
Squatting/crouching/bending when retrieving stored items from lower shelves, moving equipment and product inspections.
lifting >5 Lbs.

4. Work Environment: (Chemical and Physical Exposures)
Works in air-conditioned area.
Slight exposure to chemicals, fumes, oil, dust, noise and heat or cold.
MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass Jaeger I eye exam.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of wax experience.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Basic Computer skills
