Trial Assistant (Legal Assistant) – Trial Division The Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel seeks applicants for the position of Trial Assistant (Legal Assistant) – Trial Division. The Trial Assistant’s duties include assisting the trial attorneys by preparing correspondence, legal documents, assembling legal authority exhibits and trial notebooks, scheduling litigation, and assisting in directing questions from complainants and the inquiring public.

Maintain calendars, schedule telephone conferences and meetings for trial attorneys with respondents, complainants and witnesses. Maintain case information, including notes and documents in the office database, and manage the tickle system for trial cases.

Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions Of Employment & Appeal Rights

Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
