Represent At Home Auto Glass within our partnered dealerships', building relationships with service advisors, customers, and dealership staff to promote and coordinate auto glass replacement services. This role combines customer engagement, product education, and on-site service coordination to drive referrals and brand loyalty. Whether you’re aiming to move into management, operations, or team leadership, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you level up fast. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:
Approach customers in the service drive to educate them about windshield replacement options. Customer Engagement:
Identify potential replacement opportunities through vehicle inspection or advisor referrals. Customer Engagement:
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and coordinating next steps. Dealership Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership service advisors, managers, and technicians. Dealership Relations:
Serve as the on-site liaison between the dealership and Service Pros Auto Glass. Dealership Relations:
Encourage dealership staff on referring customers with glass damage. Dealership Relations:
Schedule and facilitate auto glass services, ensuring timely and professional execution. Dealership Relations:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly referral and sales goals. Dealership Relations:
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and completed services. Dealership Relations:
Uphold the image and values of Service Pros Auto Glass through professionalism, appearance, and communication. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive environments preferred, but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and proactively engage customers. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
