As a
Creator Marketing Coordinator , you will support the execution of creator‑led campaigns across six key U.S. markets with a focus on Latino audiences. You will also assist in sourcing, vetting, and coordinating with creators, maintain an organized creator database, track campaign goals, support reporting and analytics, build internal decks and newsletters, work closely with Spanish‑speaking creators and audiences, and assist the business affairs team with deal and payment trackers.
Position Details Type: Full‑Time, Contract Duration: 6 months Location: New York City, NY 10007 (On‑site)
Responsibilities
Support the execution of creator‑led campaigns across 6 key U.S. markets and culturally specific initiatives (with emphasis on Latino audiences).
Assist with sourcing and vetting creators, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and key campaign objectives.
Coordinate creator communication, briefs, timelines, and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners on campaign status, deliverable tracking, and calendar management.
Maintain an organized creator database and track campaign goals throughout the process.
Support reporting and analytics across campaigns, providing the needed information to cross‑functional teams in partnership with the analytics team.
Help build internal decks, newsletters, reports, and briefs to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Work closely with Spanish‑speaking creators and audiences; support bilingual content strategy and execution when needed.
Assist the Business Affairs role and create trackers to keep up with deals and payments for creators.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or social content production.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Understanding of local marketing nuances and multicultural content strategies.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience using influencer marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ).
Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and creator culture.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools (Slides, Sheets, etc.).
Passion for storytelling, culture, and the evolving digital creator economy.

Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range*: $35‑$40 per hour.
