Simple Life Tiny Home Communities is seeking a creative, organized Social Media Marketing Coordinator & Sales Support professional to lead organic social media, develop digital content, and support community marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with the Marketing Director and our agency partner and provides light sales/admin support to keep programs running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Media: Build and execute the organic social strategy and monthly content calendar; write, design, publish, and monitor posts; track analytics and report results with recommendations.
Campaign Coordination: Work with the Marketing Director and agency partner to support branding campaigns, traffic, and lead goals.
Industry Listings: Manage Simple Life listings in local and real estate industry publications/directories.
Website Coordination: Coordinate website copy and asset updates with the development team and perform quality assurance checks (QA) on releases.
Newsletter: Curate topics, write/edit content, format in the design template, and deploy.
Sales Collateral: Develop internal sales materials; coordinate layout and print production for rack cards, flyers, and promotional pieces.
SEO Support: Coordinate SEO initiatives and content optimization with agency partner.
Sales/Administrative Support: Provide sales support and general administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in organic social media content creation and channel management.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with website content updates/CMS.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Bonus Skills
Photography/video (shooting and light editing).
Real estate or lifestyle/community marketing experience.
