Overview
2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, are hiring part-time seasonal Brand Ambassadors.
The role is temporary (fixed term) and requires working up to 14 hours on Saturdays and Sundays (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
Pay is $21.50 per hour.
Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key customer shopping days.
You will be part of a retail team that supports the newest AR and VR technologies.
About The Role As a Meta Brand Ambassador you’ll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products that meet their unique needs.
You’ll be the go‑to person for customers seeking product information, ensuring they enjoy an interactive and informative shopping experience.
All technology training is provided by the team.

Job Description

Engage customers and demonstrate products, helping them see how they can enhance their lives.
Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right device.
Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with both customers and store staff.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
Maintain displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Partner with retail sales associates and leaders to share knowledge and support a productive work environment.
Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports via mobile device.
The schedule is primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
Availability to work weekends and at least one weekday shift.
Owns a smartphone.
Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, and manipulate up to 20 lbs with fine coordination. Accommodations may be made for disabilities.
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
