Create low and high-fidelity designs for new and existing web applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences. Refine and enhance existing interfaces for consistency, usability, and accessibility. Prepare and manage developer handoff of artifacts (design specs, assets, and annotations). Qualifications
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating Figma-based design artifacts. Strong understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principles. Independent, organized, and comfortable working in Agile environments. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant software. Solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design principles. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in collaborative environments. Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and make informed design decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Innovation starts with people.
