Position Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing activities to support SeAH Superalloy Technologies’ commercial growth and brand positioning. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution—ranging from trade show coordination to digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Trade Show Management:
Plan, coordinate, and manage company participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Oversee logistics, booth design, materials, and promotional activities.
Support on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up.
Branding & Content Creation:
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and collateral.
Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, banners, signage, and other literature.
Support photography, videography, and other visual storytelling initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Manage content calendars, posts, engagement, and performance tracking.
Support digital advertising initiatives as needed.
Website Management:
Oversee updates and ongoing improvements to the company website.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure content accuracy, branding alignment, and SEO optimization.
Marketing Operations:
Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to develop annual marketing plans and budgets.
Track performance metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure brand compliance across internal and external communications.
Graphic Design (Preferred):
Design and produce digital and print assets, including trade show graphics, social media visuals, infographics, and more.
Maintain and evolve a library of branded templates and assets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
Proven experience managing trade shows, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with CMS platforms, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred).
