Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.

Pay Range $40,000 – $45,000. Compensation is determined by factors including scope, complexity, location of the role, and candidate qualifications. Full-time consultants may have benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K contributions and other mandatory paid leave.
