Role Description The Event Manager at Soleia Las Vegas is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure their success. This full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV, involves collaborating with clients, vendors, and the internal team to deliver exceptional events. The Event Manager will handle event logistics, manage budgets, and ensure all services are delivered to a high standard. This role also includes overseeing event setup, troubleshooting issues, and conducting post-event evaluations to drive improvement.

Problem-solving and crisis management skills

Proficiency in event management software and MS Office

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
