Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Field Brand Ambassador to engage potential customers in retail environments and event spaces.
What We Offer
Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
Average first‑year earnings: $50k–$70k/yr (top reps earn $80k+/yr)
Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000
Full‑time and part‑time roles available
PTO available on day one

About the Role
Engage with potential customers through direct, in‑person outreach in retail and local event spaces.
Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversations.
Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations—no selling required.
Represent one of the highest‑rated brands in the industry.
Use this experience as a stepping‑stone into a career in management or further sales opportunities.
Key Qualifications
No experience required—prior experience is a plus but we provide training.
Self‑motivated individuals looking to contribute their effort.
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first‑hand.
Availability to work afternoons and weekends (currently hiring for 10 am – 6 pm shifts Wednesday – Sunday).
Outgoing and well‑spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction.
