Base Pay Range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Scope 2-month W2 contract with potential to extend beyond the initial project. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities

Researching and creating influencer lists for the team for earned kits, earned experiences, and live events.

Vetting creators for earned programs to ensure creators align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, and align with brand safety parameters.

Managing creator gifting kits end-to‑end at an efficient speed without losing attention to detail – a key day‑to‑day responsibility.

Effectively communicating with influencers and/or talent agencies for campaign outreach communication.

Creating workback schedules for PR mailer‑based send‑outs.

Maintaining thorough communication with internal cross‑functional teams, vendors, and key team leads.

Identifying and ordering brand products for earned influencer campaigns.

Managing end‑to‑end organization—creation, execution, and tracking—for all influencer seeding.

Tracking content across all social platforms – through SaaS platforms as well as manually.

Compiling and creating all earned media, experiences and events reports.

Qualifications

Years of experience: 1-3 years (can include relevant internship experience at brand/PR/agency).

Experience with earned gifting required, either at an influencer, PR, or talent agency; or in‑house at a brand.

Experience in a corporate environment and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Experience working with parent/family creators is a preferred skill.

Digital experts – someone who is digitally savvy, creative, and knowledgeable about who and what is trending in the digital and influencer space. Loves influencer marketing and is on all the social platforms (TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Exceptionally organized and able to speak to both internal and external teams.

Team player, self‑motivated, self‑starter that can work independently.

Great communication skills (written and verbal) and able to liaise internally across partners and externally with vendors and influencers.

Proficient writing skills.

Detail‑oriented and able to balance multiple projects at once.

Experience with database management and programs such as Excel, Captiv8 if possible (list development, tracking, reporting).
