The Role We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on PR Manager to help elevate Copado’s brand through earned media, executive visibility, and proactive storytelling. This role sits at the heart of our Communications & Community team—partnering across marketing, product, and executive leadership to tell the Copado story to the world.

You’ll lead our external communications engine: crafting compelling narratives, managing media relationships, driving proactive and reactive press efforts, and amplifying our presence across tech, business, and Salesforce ecosystem media.

What You’ll Do

Own Copado’s media relations strategy, working closely with our PR agency to land earned placements across tech, business, and vertical media.

Build and maintain strong journalist relationships, especially in enterprise tech, AI, and DevOps beats.

Develop core messaging and write press releases, media pitches, op-eds, and executive quotes.

Coordinate executive visibility efforts including award submissions, speaker opportunities, and interviews.

Manage our news pipeline, ensuring we have a steady drumbeat of coverage around product launches, customer stories, funding, research, and culture.

Support reputation management, including media monitoring and rapid response communications.

Collaborate across marketing to ensure PR aligns with brand, product, and campaign goals.

What You Bring

5–7+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications—ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.

Proven track record of securing media coverage and managing PR agency relationships.

Exceptional writing and messaging skills—able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.

Strong instincts for what makes news and how to pitch it.

Ability to work cross‑functionally and balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfort working directly with executives, customers, and partners.

Nice to Have

Experience with DevOps, Salesforce ecosystem, or AI-driven platforms.

Background in journalism, agency, or corporate communications.

Familiarity with internal comms, social media, or crisis communications is a plus.
