Our 291‑bed, acute care hospital features the San Diego Spine & Joint Center, a highly credentialed acute rehabilitation center, Paradise Health & Senior Center, a fully equipped modern cardiac catheterization lab, and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient surgical services, including 24‑hour emergency services. We also offer comprehensive behavioral health services on the hospital and Bayview campuses in Chula Vista, with psychiatric continuum of care for adult patients, inpatient services, and intensive outpatient services. Responsibilities

The Environmental Service Technician is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings, which may require traveling from one facility to another without assistance. The role also requires responding to and initiating communication by phone, handheld radios, pagers, etc. Qualifications

One (1) year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively. Pay Transparency

Paradise Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.00. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection of an applicant for hire, based on factors such as skill set, applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
