Be a Stellar Coach & Instructor : Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve and occasionally instruct in clinics, group lessons, and private lessons. Encourage and organize team bonding activities. Plan team practices, set individual and team goals. Communicate Efficiently : Communicate professionally and efficiently with parents and team members about schedules, practices, and any feedback or concerns. Utilize Team Snap for practice updates, team status, and schedule changes. Collaborate with Ease : Work with the head volleyball coach to develop strategies and promote overall athlete well-being. Promote Safety : Adhere to and promote club safety policies and procedures. Pursue Professional Development : Stay updated on competitive volleyball techniques and rules. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring

Volleyball Coaching Experience : Required previous coaching or playing experience at the club, high school, or collegiate level. Prior club coaching experience with competitive youth teams, and experience coaching both boys and girls teams, with a demonstrated success in athlete skill progression and team performance preferred. Volleyball and Sport Knowledge : Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and competitive play. Planning & Organizational Skills : Strong planning, supervisory, organizational, and communication skills. Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work effectively with members, parents, and staff. Availability : Willingness to work weekends and evenings, and travel as required. Certifications : Current or willing to obtain USA Volleyball Coaching Certification, SafeSport Certification, and CPR/First Aid Certification. What You’ll Gain
