Flex Security Officers
in the Nashville, TN area for all shifts and days. Pay rate is $16/hr to $19/hr depending on experience, with weekly pay.
Benefits Full‑time: Industry‑leading employee benefits that include weekly pay, 401k savings plan with a company match, affordable medical, dental, & vision benefits, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, premium holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more. Part‑time: All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security.
Requirements
Must have availability to work weekends
TN Security License preferred but not required
Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work with limited supervision
Must be reliable and dependable
Responsibilities
Ensure the security of the area
Ensure the rules and regulations are followed
Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.)
Check in visitors, ensure policies are followed, foot patrols, access control
Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment
Other duties as assigned by management
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements TN Security License
