Deviation NCR Writer

Pay Range:
$58.00 to $61.75 per hour
Responsibilities
Perform non-conformance (NCR) investigations within Track Wise 8 Management System.
Execute implementation of CAPAs associated with NCR investigations.
Maintain expertise in current regulatory requirements and serve as a resource for compliance within the plant.
Assist in maintaining audit-ready status for assigned areas and support other departments in compliance efforts.
Provide guidance and coaching on DMAIC problem solving and process improvement projects for less experienced team members.
Qualifications
Understanding of product intended use and manufacturing processes.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
Experience with TrackWise and knowledge of FDA and international regulatory requirements is preferred.
