Job Schedule
Friday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Saturday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Sunday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim available shifts at client sites.
Support operations across varied environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients following site‑specific policies for a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Maintain a visible presence to deter disruptive behavior and promote a secure environment for staff, visitors, and patients.
Document observations, incidents, and activities according to company and site protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and other personnel to support security‑related needs.
What We’re Looking For
Availability across various days and shifts.
Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
Desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company.
Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available.
Minimum Requirements
Valid New York State Security Guard License.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Minimum age 18 years for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to background investigation under federal, state, and local laws.
Consideration given to applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
