Pacific Remediation and Restoration is a family‑owned, full‑service restoration company. We provide services to individuals who have experienced property damage, and we are looking for a hardworking, down‑to‑earth, team‑player to join us as a Water, Mold, and Fire Restoration Technician.
Job Title Certified Lead Restoration Technician - Water Mitigation
Base Pay Range $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Responsibilities
Water damage, mold remediation, and smoke/fire damage cleanup.
Demolition.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Manage the daily scope of work dealing with water/mold/fire mitigation.
Provide emergency services after hours on a rotating basis.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License (satisfactory driving record).
Complete a background check.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to think on your feet.
Physically able to work in PPE.
Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance.
IICRC or RIA Certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
