— Build foundation for a sales career by learning staffing services, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for hiring managers, and negotiating offers. ACCOUNT MANAGER
— Research and target organizations, make connections through networking and calls, conduct in-person meetings, gather job requirements, and work with Recruiting to fill roles; sell staffing solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER
— Identify top talent, pair candidates with clients, understand career aspirations, and maintain ongoing client and consultant support; this role accounted for a large portion of placements last year. Qualifications and candidate profile

Insight Global offers a competitive base salary ranging from $35,600 - $64,000 annually, dependent on office location, and $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a base salary increase, monthly car and cell allowance, and uncapped commission paid weekly. The average employee makes: Year 2: $73,000 - $88,000 Year 3: $121,000 - $145,000 Year 4: $135,000 - $194,000 Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have opportunities to win annual sales contests including an all-expenses-paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500 - $10,000.
