Greet customers and donors warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance to meet their needs. Stock priced items and prepare them for the sales floor. Maintain store and donation areas; keep areas clean, neat, and organized; perform cleaning as assigned. Follow POS/cash register policies in line with TSA policies and procedures. Maintain safety and compliance standards. Attend required monthly store meetings. Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently. Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages. Assist donors with removal of donated items from vehicles and provide receipts. Sort donated material into proper containers and stack material as instructed by management. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to operate POS/cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Must pass background check (criminal history and sex offender registry). Effective communication with management, coworkers, customers, and donors. Physical Demands
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed. Ability to grasp and move objects such as files, carts, racks, and merchandise. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform various repetitive motions. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule
Stores operate 7 days per week; schedules determined by management with flexibility required for adequate store coverage. Part-time associates may work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Seniority level
