Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal Account Manager will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid them in their success using the services we sell. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong customer relationships, territory management, identify sales opportunities, and close deals.
Responsibilities
Work cross‑functionally within Sky Inc and our clients to communicate effectively and positively impact the customer’s experience
Create relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Meet and engage with our customers in‑person
Conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers
Qualifications
0–5 years previous experience working with customers or a team
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
Effective organizational and proactive problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team or individually
Motivated with an impeccable work ethic
Willingness and ability to travel
