Key Responsibilities
a critical player on the team, learning the industry by managing projects from beginning to end.
handling variety in the role, being flexible to assist where needed.
excited about problem‑solving, interacting with customers, and working in a fast‑paced environment while gaining trust and maintaining relationships.
contributing as part of a team towards a common goal.
supporting the sales process and identifying upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.
overseeing customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
expanding customer service horizons by building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success working with customers.
Inventory sales/order systems experience.
Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
