Hybrid schedule — work from the office three days per week.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities You’ll typically focus on managing a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as a trusted advisor by spotting challenges early, and helping customers get the most out of Sage products. Additionally, you’ll care deeply about renewals, always looking for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that drive growth and deliver real business impact.
Key Performance Metrics
Total CSAT and NPS scores
Average renewal and churn reduction rates
Total growth in revenue from upselling and cross‑selling
Total NRR scores
Percentage of CRM accuracy
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
2 years of proven sales and commercial acumen
Skilled in CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipelines and accounts
Customer discovery expertise
Proficient in managing multiple accounts and cross‑functional work
