Job Responsibilities You will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. In addition you will:
Identify and qualify potential customers
Present and demonstrate products and solutions
Close sales and achieve individual and team targets
Provide accurate quotes and close agreements
Maintain regular follow‑up and ensure customer satisfaction
Compensation Base salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year (Location: Louisville, KY). Average annual earnings for an Outside Sales Representative are between $140,000 – $280,000 with top performers earning upwards of $450,000.

2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
In‑home sales or B2C sales experience
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Works successfully without close supervision
