As a Senior EDM Consultant, you'll implement and configure our Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream. You will work closely with team members, as well as independently, to manage your workload. You'll understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions aligned to their needs, and support more junior team members by sharing your knowledge. Responsibilities
Lead a workstream implementing the Employee Document Management application for Workday for global customers. Collaborate with team members and work independently to manage workload and deliver solutions. Understand customer requirements and design solutions aligned to their needs. Measure, document, and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Minimum (essential) requirements
Very good understanding of Workday products either HCM, Financials, or Payroll, as well as any specialist capability. Very good customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships. Able to understand when to escalate issues. Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation. Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics. Consulting skills (e.g., presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers). Able to apply relevant standards and procedures to own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail. Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and ensures security of information at all times. Desirable
