We’re hiring a Level 1 Help Desk Technician for our managed service provider (MSP) environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to and resolve basic Windows, Mac, Office 365, and printer support requests.

Create and manage support tickets using our PSA tools.

Assist with user account setup and password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Help monitor systems and alerts using RMM tools.

Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base.

Communicate clearly with clients to understand issues and provide updates.

What You Bring

1+ year of experience in IT support or a related field (internships or school projects count).

Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and common software.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A+ or other entry‑level IT certifications are a plus – we’ll help you earn them.
