Chronos Operations, LLC is seeking a Training Developer to be responsible for developing courseware and supporting in‑person and virtual cyber training delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage the activities related to various training and educational programs for an organization.

Study and identify individual or group training needs, and administer plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs.

Design, develop, and maintain a range of training products, including instructor‑led training (ILT) materials, virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) guides, e‑learning modules, and hands‑on lab exercises.

Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning objectives and course content.

Work with cyber security experts to ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of course content, incorporating real‑world examples and the latest threat intelligence.

Support the delivery of both in‑person and virtual training sessions, which may involve assisting instructors with logistics, classroom management, and troubleshooting.

Utilize and manage learning management systems (LMS) to deploy content, manage courses, and track learner progress.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and maintain training relevance.

Use multimedia authoring tools to create interactive and visually appealing learning materials.

Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Stay current with cyber security industry trends, training best practices, and new educational technologies.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instructional design or experience in a related field in lieu of degree.

4+ years of experience in learning module development.

2+ years of experience developing learning modules for technical or cybersecurity audiences.

Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e‑learning tools.

Experience delivering training in secure or classified environments preferred.

Must have active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, compliance frameworks, and threat landscapes.

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.

Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity workforce standards and training requirements.

Strong writing and editing skills for technical and instructional content.

Strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.

Good work ethic and active desire to learn.

Skillful time management and organizational skills to set and meet deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Ability to meet minimum clearance requirements.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ability to travel up to 10%.
