This position plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational performance by overseeing all HR functions—recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and benefits administration—at our manufacturing facility.

What you will do

Utilize HR expertise and analyze metrics to inform decision‑making, partner with management to achieve business goals, and promote a culture of employee advocacy.

Oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Partner with temporary staffing agencies to support flexible labor needs and counsel management on employee relations issues.

Promote positive employee relations measured by the annual Employee Survey and support site‑driven events.

Manage the talent acquisition process, collaborating with managers to define skills, competencies, and onboarding procedures.

Implement learning and development programs—including training, talent reviews, and succession planning—to provide internal development opportunities.

Analyze compensation trends and partner with total rewards to facilitate annual compensation planning and overall compensation strategy.

Provide guidance to management and employees on complex HR issues, including reasonable accommodations, benefits assistance, and leave of absence management.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications

4‑6 years minimum of progressive HR experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 7 years HR experience without a bachelor’s degree (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

SHRM‑SCP (Preferred)

Professional in Human Resources (PHR‑HRC) (Preferred)
