Job Summary The Crisis Specialist QMHP - Office or Residential Based is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. This position operates in a dynamic environment, performing case management, assessment, and service coordination work based on program guidelines. The QMHP may include providing continuity of care, linking consumers and families to resources, coordinating and monitoring services, providing skills training, crisis prevention, community outreach, and using crisis intervention tools. Duties include collaboration with consumers, first responders, and community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crisis and plan for future relapse prevention.
On-Call Responsibilities May be required depending on unit protocols.
Education
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
License
Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience
2+ years working in a crisis setting.
Bilingual preferred.
Hours Full-Time. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Salary $24.18–$25.39 per hour based on education plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
