Inside Sales Representative
Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. (GSWP) is a leading producer of pressure‑treated lumber products under the YellaWood® brand, serving do‑it‑yourself retail home centers, professional dealers, and industrial customers across 27 states, the District of Columbia, Canada, and selected international markets.
Location: Atlanta, GA
The Inside Sales Representative will sell building material products to business and industrial establishments or individuals by telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of orders and sales data electronically and/or by phone or email.
Answer technical questions of prospective customers and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
Estimate lead time and delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Collaborate with sales, production, and transportation teams to meet customer needs.
Investigate and resolve customer service issues as they arise.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, and/or 1–2 years related experience in lumber, building materials, or building supplies industry.
