Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery, and their personalities set us apart. Our bagels matter too! What’s a day in the life of a Team Member? Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in. They promote the brand by creating a positive guest experience, provide excellent guest service, maintain the quality of food and beverages, and keep a safe and clean store environment. There is opportunity to grow within the company, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. What’s in it for you? Must be at least 16 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required Tip eligibility subject to state regulations Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire Address: 531 Quince Orchard Rd, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 Hourly Rate:
$14.00 - $21.00 per hour Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position. The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
