Manager Inflight Training Delivery role at Alaska Airlines. This role leads and delivers the strategy for in-flight training delivery, oversees the team, and ensures regulatory compliance and operational excellence in flight attendant training programs. Responsibilities

Lead the inflight training delivery team, establish priorities for instructor calibration, and ensure regulatory compliance. Execute the strategy for training program implementation and quality assurance with a 6–12 month horizon. Make decisions related to training operations, instructor qualifications, and curriculum execution. Develop people through performance management, feedback, and professional development. Shape team culture through action, presence, and reinforcement of behaviors. Influence across Inflight and other departments to ensure training alignment and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including FAA and AFA to maintain training standards. Monitor and report the budget for inflight training delivery. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Required 5 years of experience in inflight training, training standards and compliance, or related area. 2 years of leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree. Demonstrated knowledge of 14CFR Part 121 air carrier operations, approved training programs and inflight operations. Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, applicable regulatory guidance and flight attendant certification processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must successfully complete Initial New Hire Flight Attendant Training (if not already qualified as an AS Flight Attendant) and maintain certification as a Flight Attendant. Ability to hold and maintain AS Inflight Instructor qualifications. Clear pre-employment DOT testing. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 21. Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Proven ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget. Proven ability to influence learner outcomes. Demonstrated ability to leverage business acumen and analytic capability to negotiate win-win solutions. Ability to rapidly understand and organize complexity, acclimate quickly to new architecture, and drive change with others. Lead with passion, humility and resolve, and think beyond divisional boundaries. Salary Range: $92,650 – $139,000 per year. Pay will be based on location, experience and skillset, with standard Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon benefits. Total Rewards
