Talent Acquisition & Strategy Partner | Transforming Hiring Challenges into Thriving Teams | Employer Branding Advocate | Creating Value through… We have a unique, time‑sensitive opportunity for a Senior Loan Servicing Professional to add value to a high‑impact, 6+month project within the Asset‑Based Lending (ABL) division of a large commercial lending institution. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient leader or professional with a focus on:
Impact: Solving complex, high‑level administrative issues and implementing process improvements across our ABL servicing workflow
Expertise: Providing expert guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff during a crucial operational enhancement period.
Location Options : Hybrid in one of the following: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Irving, TX; Charlotte, NC
Key Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of Asset Based Lending accounts
Borrowing Base Administration: Oversee the integrity and processing of complex ABL transactions. This includes reviewing and reconciling Borrowing Base Certificates (BBCs) against the core loan system to validate accurate client availability.
Transaction Execution: Process high‑level client advances, paydowns, principal/interest calculations, and complex fee management related to revolving lines of credit.
Collateral Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and perfection of loan collateral documentation, including monitoring UCC filings and coordinating with internal Collateral Analyst and Portfolio Management teams on eligibility issues and reserves.
Act as the primary escalation point for resolving complex client issues, administrative discrepancies, and internal operational breakdowns.
Compliance Support: Ensure all servicing activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and credit agreement requirements, often participating in internal audit preparation related to the ABL portfolio.
Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of complex ABL servicing workflows and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of direct ABL Loan Servicing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting ABL loan documentation (Credit Agreements)
Advanced reconciliation skills (Excel)
Working knowledge of commercial loan systems (e.g., ABLSoft, ACBS, LoanIQ or similar).
Adept at managing high-level administrative tasks, driving process improvements, and mentoring less experienced staff
